Next year I will be lecturing on the sailing cruise ship Star Clipper, leaving Malaga on 23 April 2027 and calling at Almeria, Palma, Mahon, Calvi, Elba and ending at Civitavecchia on 1 May.

- The British loss of Minorca in 1756
- The seafaring novels of Patrick O’Brian
- Calvi where Nelson lost the sight of his eye
- Napoleon, his life (born in Corsica), exile and escape from Elba.
