I have lectured on many sites including the Universities of Oxford, Cambridge and St Andrews, in the Tower of London, Edinburgh Castle and the Sorbonne, and on cruise ships including Sea Cloud, Queen Mary 2 and Island Princess.

I have addressed conferences on shipbuilding, dockyard history and naval life. I am available for local and national societies and U3A groups.
